Q: What resources are available on MyBrocade?

A: Depending on your relationship with Brocade you can access resources including

  • Brocade software licensing
  • Technical documentation
  • Product manuals
  • Software and firmware downloads
  • Sales and marketing resources and training
  • Services and support resources including online case and asset management for support customers

Q: Can anyone register for a MyBrocade account?

A: Yes. Anyone with a valid business e-mail can register for MyBrocade. Simply choose the type of relationship that best describes you during the registration process and on approval you will automatically be granted access to the content and resources you are entitle to. Once you log in to MyBrocade, you can customize your homepage or update your profile.

Q: I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

You can visit the MyBrocade help page to troubleshoot your login issue. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

I am a Brocade employee. How do I log in?

Please use your Windows login and password, excluding the @brocade.com part of your Brocade e-mail.

Q: I did not receive the activation email. What should I do?

A: For security reasons, we send an activation email to all site applicant's email address. All applicants must activate their accounts from a unique link in that email before they can log into the site. If you did not receive your activation email, please contact us.

(Activation emails are occasionally caught in spam filters. To prevent this from happening to other applicants from your company, you may contact your IT department and request that they "white flag" Brocade in your spam filter.)

Q: I purchased a Brocade support contract, can I get free access to MyBrocade?

A: Brocade Connect is a free extranet for end-user customers. You can get additional site access to firmware if you have purchased a support contract.

Q: What is MyBrocade

A: MyBrocade lets you customize a homepage that contains your most frequently used applications and resources, and automatically gives you access to Brocade Communities.

MyBrocade Log in
and Password Issues

Your Brocade log in (User ID) is the business email address you used when you registered with Brocade.

You can easily reset your password by visiting the log in page for either MyBrocade or the Partner Network and selecting "Forgot Your User ID or Password?"

If you have forgotten your security question, please contact us.

If you have changed your place of employment, you will need to re-register using your new business email address. Login now.
